The AVT Champions Tour, promotes competitive golf among senior golfers across India and is now concluding its third season and has been highly popular since inception. The AVT Champions Tour receives up to 80% of its participants from out of station in an overwhelming response from senior golfers from all over India. Competition is played on gross Strokeplay scores over 36 holes in the five age categories mentioned below.

At BGC due to safety reasons of golf balls flying outside the course and causing injury or damage, players are not allowed to use clubs with lofts less than 22* on tee boxes 3,6,8,15&16. This will apply to all players regardless of age.
