The crème de la crème of Delhi’s golfing fraternity, bureaucrats, and celebrities from all walks of life come together for the annual “Sudhir Classic” which, over the years, has become the highlight of the capital’s social golfing calendar.

2016’s much-awaited golfing extravaganza was well-attended as 152 players teed off at the picturesque Jaypee Greens Golf Resort in October. With on course contests at almost every hole, generous lucky draws, and a glamorous ladies putting competition, the event was filled with fun and excitement. The opulent affair – hosted by Sudhir Seth and Indu Seth of Sudhir Power – was attended by Najeeb Jung (Governor of Delhi), Amitabh Kant (CEO, Niti Aayog), Rao Inderjit Singh (Minister of State), Farooq Abdullah (President, J&K National Conference), General JJ Singh (former Chief of Army Staff), Ms. Anupama Singh (IGU Chairperson), Justice Vikramjit Sen, Arjun Munda (former Chief Minister of Jharkhand), Vinod Duggal (former Home Secretary), Anil Sinha (former CBI Director), Shashi Kant Sharma (CAG), and former cricketers Madan Lal and Murali Kartik. Prizes were awarded in two handicap categories and best gross.
