The “Duke of Edinburgh Cup” is an annual international series of charity golf events with Royal Patronage and has been running successfully for over fifteen years. The very first event was held in Portugal in 2001. The Royal Patronage is dedicated to helping young people worldwide by providing and giving support in Health, Education & Welfare by raising funds through a programe of national Amateur Golf Events around the world.
Since the 2016 edition the Indian Team has been participating in the Duke of Edinburgh – World Finals hosted by the Royal Patronage. A total of 4 winners from the Madhavrao Scindia Charity Golf and Christel House Charity Golf Tournament get the “once in a lifetime experience” of playing at Windsor, UK.
